Who else is fed up with the lies and dirty politics?
Personally I'm tired of the "worn out" smear campaigns
played out by politicians in search of votes.
It's no wonder the state of the economy is so dismal.
Everyone is so busy trying to be right...trying to outsmart
the "other" guy.
In the War of Words, politicians wage battle against
each other so the winner can take his/her puffed up ego
to the seat of power. To what end?
These guys and gals are out of control.
They are spending like drunken sailors on a binge...
doing whatever it takes to win our vote.
The lies and dirty tricks are disgusting.
The millions of wasted dollars is an embarrassment.
A case in point: Meg Whitman, a candidate for
California Governor has already spent more than
$120 million dollars to beat her opponent.
Do you think any of them are going to "fix" a
broken economy?
Imagine how many new jobs could have been
created with that sum? How many hungry children
could have been fed?
Now multiply that by the hundreds of politicians
seeking office.
It's a national disgrace
How can we build a better country or A Better World
when our agenda is to "beat each other" into the ground?
Competition is great in sports (if you happen to be a
golfer or singles tennis player). But what if you're part of
a team? If you compete against your own team mates,
how can you expect to win?
Unfortunately, the State of the Economy will not improve
as long as we have so called team players (members of
Congress) in complete denial and disagreement.
We are supposed to be a country that "leads" the rest
of the world by example. How can we do that when we
can't even lead ourselves?
Obviously we need a new game plan...one not based
on lies, deception and manipulation.
It's time to put an end to the selfish greed. I'm tired.
I'm worn out and disgusted with the War of Words
that can only end in disaster.
If we stay on our present path we'll lose. The writing
is on the wall...in plain sight...for everyone to see...
we can't win as a country divided.
The miners in Chile are an example of what it takes
to function as a cohesive team.
